Chicken Patty Sandwich

A fun and flavorful gluten free twist on the classic burger.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Golden Platter Gluten Free Chicken Patties
  • Gluten Free hamburger buns
  • Sliced tomatoes

 

SALAD:

  • 5 oz. baby kale, washed and thinly sliced
  • 4 radishes, washed and cut into stick
  • ¼ – ½ cup diced yellow (or your favorite) pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion

 

CEASAR DRESSING: (or substitute with your favorite store bought)
*makes about ¾ cup

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • ½ lemon, squeezed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Anchovy paste (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Place salad dressing ingredients in a blender and emulsify
  3. Mix the salad ingredients with a few tablespoons of dressing, to your taste
  4. Cook Chicken Patties as per package instructions
  5. Place toasted, gluten free bun on plate, add a handful of salad, top with warm chicken patty
  6. Garnish with sliced tomato, or other topping of your choice, and enjoy!
