INGREDIENTS
1 package Golden Platter Gluten Free Chicken Patties
Gluten Free hamburger buns
Sliced tomatoes
SALAD:
5 oz. baby kale, washed and thinly sliced
4 radishes, washed and cut into stick
¼ – ½ cup diced yellow (or your favorite) pepper
¼ cup diced red onion
CEASAR DRESSING: (or substitute with your favorite store bought)
*makes about ¾ cup
¼ cup mayo
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
½ lemon, squeezed
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Anchovy paste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F
Place salad dressing ingredients in a blender and emulsify
Mix the salad ingredients with a few tablespoons of dressing, to your taste
Cook Chicken Patties as per package instructions
Place toasted, gluten free bun on plate, add a handful of salad, top with warm chicken patty
Garnish with sliced tomato, or other topping of your choice, and enjoy!
